By creating an account or continuing to use LinkedList, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the application.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LinkedList is a personal and collaborative organization app that allows you to create shared lists, notes, and tasks with permission control, offline-first synchronization, and real-time notifications.

3. USER ACCOUNT

3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2. You agree to provide truthful information during registration.

3.3. Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.

3.4. You may use the application as a guest, with limited functionality.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

4.1. You agree not to use LinkedList for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities;
• Defaming, harassing, or harming others;
• Distributing copyrighted content without authorization;
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without permission;
• Interfering with the service or attempting to bypass security measures.

4.2. Content you create is your responsibility. You own your data.

5. SHARING AND COLLABORATION

5.1. When inviting other users to your lists, you grant them the chosen permission level (owner, editor, or viewer).

5.2. You are responsible for the content shared in your lists.

5.3. Invited users may access and, depending on permissions, edit list content.

6. DATA AND PRIVACY

6.1. Your data is stored locally on your device (offline-first) and synchronized with our servers when a connection is available.

7. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

7.1. You may opt in to receive emails with news, updates, and announcements about LinkedList.

7.2. You can unsubscribe at any time in the app settings.

7.3. Transactional emails (such as password recovery) will be sent regardless of your marketing preference.

8. FREE SERVICE AND DONATIONS

8.1. LinkedList is a free application.

8.2. We accept voluntary donations to support development and maintenance.

8.3. Donations do not guarantee additional benefits or priority access.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. LinkedList is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.

9.2. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from technical failures, device issues, or misuse.

9.3. We recommend keeping backups of important data.

9.4. We are not responsible for user-created content.

10. MODIFICATIONS

10.1. We may modify these Terms of Use at any time.

10.2. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.

10.3. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. TERMINATION

11.1. You can delete your account at any time within the application.

11.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

11.3. After termination, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
